We are seeking an organized, proactive, and collaborative program manager that will set up processes and lead the management of resources and schedules, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination for a range of analytic tasks. This person will help us complete work that is high-quality and on time, and furthers BCBSMA’s strategic pillars (quality, equity, affordability, and consumer experience). This person will work with a team of evaluators, behavioral insights experts, and analysts/programmers that together apply analytic methods to generate and share actionable insights for the enterprise. Our ideal candidate has done or continues to do statistical programming and has experience managing projects in a healthcare analytic environment, thrives working in collaborative team environments, is comfortable interacting with colleagues, has strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a drive to understand how things work and how to make them better, and isn’t afraid to ask questions. This person will be able to ask questions of the business unit to ensure analyses answer the questions effectively, and be able to communicate results using data visualization and clear storylining.
